Walk for Lunch

Adults are encouraged to walk in the gymnasium for exercise and as a stress reliever.  Walking laps for distance and better health for men and women desiring healthier lives is available during the lunch hour.  Car-pool to Dunbar Recreation Center for great health.  Our exercise room is also available.
