BURGLARY
PROCESS ONE
ONE HOUR PHOTO
4900 KAVANAUGH
2001-84715
In almost every case, burglars enter a home or business, take a few
items, and then leave quickly. On July 7, 2001, Process One photo Lab
at 4900 Kavanuagh was the victim of burglary. Instead of the burglar
taking a few items and leaving, the burglar remained in the business
for almost 20 minutes. The burglar entered the business by forcing open
a door on the east side. The burglar went from cabinet to cabinet looking
and taking items. Before the burglar was finished, he had a sack full
of items. $1,313.65 worth to be exact. The strange thing is that the
burglar took mostly cell-phone produces and batteries. The good thing
is that the business had video surveillance equipment. We now have a
video of the criminal in action. He is described as a black male, wearing
a ski mask, gloves, and was armed with a crowbar. He was also wearing
a work shirt with his name on the front and light colored bleach spot
on the back right shoulder. Anyone having information about this crime
should call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 371-INFO. The information
could be worth up to $1000.
