SMASH AND GRAB BURGLARIES

Over the past several months, smash and grab burglaries have been a serious problem for not only the City of Little Rock, but for North Little Rock, and Pulaski County. A white male, described as being near 40 years old, average height and weigh, has been breaking out the windows of businesses and taking cigarettes. The burglar strikes stores that have easily accessible area where cigarette are kept. He then uses a bag or trashcan to carry out the stolen items. The burglar has been caught on video surveillance equipment and appears to be wearing working clothes. Anyone have information about these burglaries should call the confidential Crime Stoppers Hotline at 371-INFO. Crime Stoppers is offering a true $1000 reward for information about these burglaries.
