Rape
On Sunday October 24, 2004 at approximately 6:00pm an older lady was walking in the parking lot of 3901 S. University when she was approached by a black male in his early 20’s; 5’10, 170 – 175 pounds, medium build with muscles, driving a black Mazda. The suspect repeatedly asked the victim to get in the car with him so they could talk about his marital problems. When the older lady refused the suspect jumped from his car and grabbed the victim. He then drove her around the corner and raped her. The victim said that she was struggling with the suspect in the car and began honking the horn. Three or four white men on motorcycles were crossing the parking lot and notice the altercation but kept going. The witnesses may have thought it was just an argument. The car had a moon roof; possibly tan leather seats with a gold emblem around the trunk keyhole. The suspect told the victim some personal things like the number of children he had and the fact that he was getting a divorce. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 371-INFO. Your information could be worth up to $1000.00.
