Z7682 - To set the date of public hearing for January 4, 2005 on a petition to rescind the Little Rock Planning Commission’s action in denying a special use permit for a day care family home located on the R-2 zoned property at 6709 Lantana Road. (Planning Commission: 5 yes, 4 no, 2 absent. Staff recommends approval.

5. ORDINANCE

Board Communication 

Amending Chapter 8 of the Little Rock Code of Ordinances, providing for the adoption by reference of the 2004 Arkansas Plumbing Code with 2003 revisions and for other purposes.

6.  ORDINANCE To amend Ordinance number 19232 (11-1-04) to number 19,232-A, a duplicate number was assigned.  

Synopsis:  The ordinance was passed on November 1, 2004.  The ordinance established and layed off the City of Little Rock Municipal Property Owners Improvement District No. 21, (Bella Vista Project).  The ordinance was assigned a duplicate number.

Reclassifying property located on the southwest corner of Colonel Glenn and David O Dodd Roads in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Little Rock Arkansas, and for other purposes.  

Synopsis:  Colonel Glenn Partners, LLC, owner of the 1.08 acre tract at the southwest corner of Colonel Glenn and David O Dodd Roads is requesting that the zoning be re-classified from R-2 to C-3.
